What are the side effects of the medication?
GLP-1 medications are clinically tested, stimulant-free, and non-habit-forming. The side effects of this class of medications are mainly
gastrointestinal, with most individuals reporting symptoms such as queasiness or nausea. A very small percentage of users report experiencing vomiting, diarrhea, or constipation. These side effects generally improve as the body adjusts to the medication. The compounded formula in our program includes B vitamins to help minimize gastrointestinal side effects.

How often is my prescription shipped?
Your specific weight loss medication will be shipped every 90 days. Your membership covers the cost of your prescription, supplies, and priority shipment.
When will I receive my medication?
Your prescribed GLP-1 medication, or any other weight loss medication, will be sent to an associate compounding pharmacy licensed in your state. On average, the pharmacy takes 2-3 business days to process the order and ship when the medication is in stock. The medicine and needles are shipped in an insulated container with ice and can be kept in the box for up to 72 hours.
What if I need a higher dose?
Tirzepatide:
For most states, our high dose membership offers up to 15mg/week (as medically appropriate) for an additional $150 per month.
Semaglutide:
Our high dose Semaglutide membership offers up to 2.4mg/week (as medically appropriate) for an additional $100 per month.
Is there a long term contract required?
No. All MaxLife programs are designed month-to-month, with the option to cancel anytime if unsatisfied by providing a 30-day advance notice. Please note that the cost of medication is not refundable.
